day 1
Welcome to Tuscany
Florence is the ideal starting point for you to be transported into a dimension of pure beauty.
This beautiful city is famous throughout the world for its history and for the countless treasures found in its historic centre, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
Take a gorgeous stroll in search of the iconic landmarks of the city such as the imposing Cathedral with the scenic façade in white and green marble, surmounted by the Brunelleschi’s Dome; Giotto’s Bell Tower, the ancient Ponte Vecchio and the evocative Piazza della Signoria, one of the most beautiful and photographed squares in the world.
In addition to art, it will be interesting to discover locations where you can meet its people and experience unique culinary experiences.
One of them is the historic Mercato Centrale in the San Lorenzo district, consisting of an external section dedicated to various kinds of artefacts and an internal section dedicated entirely to food!
Inside the beautiful cast-iron and glass building, you can browse the stalls of the vendors to learn about and taste foods that you have probably never tried before, including a tasty sandwich with lampredotto; simple, with spicy sauce or with the very secret green sauce.
In the evening, if you want, you can choose to stay for dinner in one of the many restaurants and clubs in the centre that gain their strength from their offerings in terms of salami, cheeses and traditional dishes.

day 2
Tasting in the Chianti Valley: the land of Tuscan wines
Located between Florence and Siena, the Chianti Valley is a gorgeous mix of beautiful hills with endless expanses of olive groves and vineyards; charming medieval villages, castles and charming farmhouses.
But it is also the area where one of the best red wines in the world is produced: Chianti.
Captivated by the charm of these places, you will enter the delightful world of Tuscan wines with a very interesting visit to a well-known winery, followed by a tasting of some of the best wines and a tasty lunch of typical local products.
The combination of the flavours of delicious Tuscan cuisine and its fine wines will remind you that the well-being of body and mind also comes from the table!

day 3
Safari in Chianti
On board a powerful off-road vehicle, you will be chauffeured along the quiet streets of the Chianti hills, discovering medieval villages; very long rows of perfectly aligned lives, a majestic medieval castle and a magnificent 13th century abbey.
You will admire enchanting landscapes where you will take beautiful photographs, before stopping off in a quiet field for a snack and a glass of good wine among the scents of the countryside.
And when you start feeling hungry, you can savour the best of traditional Tuscan cuisine with a delicious typical lunch.
A unique and adventurous way to discover places, scents and flavours of the gentle hills of Chianti.

day 4
Day off
A day at your disposal to dedicate yourself completely to relaxation or the activities you prefer, perhaps by organising a visit to the famous Uffizi Gallery to admire the masterpieces of Botticelli, Raphael, Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Caravaggio and many others or by walking through the glittering shopping streets of Florence where among delicious restaurants and incredible boutiques of the most desired brands in the world, you can look for the perfect purchase to renew your outfit or home furnishings.

day 5
Between colourful houses and beautiful vineyards: Manarola
The time has come to leave Florence for Manarola, one of the most photogenic villages of the Cinque Terre; a network of characteristic narrow streets and pastel-coloured houses perched on a rocky promontory, steep and surrounded by terraces full of vineyards.
Here, in the company of a friendly local winemaker, you will cross the streets of the village to reach a very suggestive vantage point where you can take splendid photographs and admire Manarola in all its glory.
Then, thanks to an ancient path through orchards and lush gardens, you will reach a beautiful panoramic vineyard where you will learn to distinguish the varieties of vines and the different pruning and cultivation methods used in such a particular territory, before visiting the cellar and tasting the excellent Cinque Terre D.O.C. white wine accompanied by the typical and irresistible Ligurian focaccia.

day 6
Cooking class in Levanto: Pesto
This day is dedicated to one of the most famous and ancient sauces in the world: Pesto. Are you ready to discover the look and taste of a perfectly made pesto?
After getting to the historic centre of Levanto, you will be greeted with a glass of sparkling wine and fragrant bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil and excellent pesto, in a real “pesto workshop” where you will learn how to make this delicious sauce with a mortar.
Have fun and let yourself go crushing fresh basil, pine nuts, Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, garlic, coarse sea salt and extra virgin olive oil by hand until you get a creamy and fragrant sauce that can be used as a condiment for pasta or bruschetta.
Finally, the chance to taste the fresh pesto you have just prepared, accompanied by a glass of good white wine and a selection of local products… will leave you with the memory of an authentic Ligurian experience!
