It is well known that the “Bel Paese” is the home of eating well and drinking well, but not everyone knows that it also boasts a rich tradition in the art of mixing spirits with various ingredients and olfactory notes often linked to the local region, to give life to spirits and legendary cocktails that have contributed to the history of national and international mixing. You will taste delicious cocktails in trendy clubs, take part in an exclusive gourmet brunch and various tasting routes to discover innovative combinations, traditional dishes, great wines and tasty temptations; not to mention the possibility of visiting some of the most famous wineries in Valpolicella and Valdobbiadene.

day 1
Welcome to Milan
Your experience can only begin in the beautiful city of Milan, the economic capital of the “Bel Paese”, as well as one of the largest commercial centres in Europe.
A modern, busy, lively and very dynamic city that seems to never stop, at least until 6 p.m., the time for the long-awaited aperitif, which has become a real ritual over time as a chance to relax with friends and colleagues and relieve the tensions of an intense work day.
The day begins with a fun Segway ride through the historic city centre, but don’t worry… if you’ve never driven one, you’ll learn fast!
After putting on a helmet and doing some practice on this particular two-wheeled vehicle, you will have the opportunity to stop off to take some beautiful photographs, as well as the chance to take a closer look at some of the most famous places and monuments in the city.
From the beautiful Piazza del Duomo where you can see the incredible Duomo of Milan, the Palazzo Reale and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with its elegant shops and luxury boutiques, to the famous Teatro alla Scala; from the imposing Castello Sforzesco to Parco Sempione the green lung of the city, passing through the picturesque art district of Brera… your eyes will feast on the beauty.
At the end, you will discover an innovative American Bar & Restaurant on the terrace of a historic Milanese building where you can enjoy a large selection of liqueurs, spirits and cocktails mixed by skilled bartenders, before getting to enjoy a tasting of the chef’s exclusive creations during dinner.
day 2
Campari: Red Passion
This day will take you to Sesto San Giovanni, a few kilometres from Milan, to embark on a journey through more than a century of activity of the Campari company, to discover an extraordinary success story and one of the most famous aperitifs of the “Bel Paese”.
You will discover the interesting Campari Gallery inside the historic production plant founded in 1904, where you will see tools related to the world of mixing, historical glasses and bottles, objects created by famous designers and an exhibition that tells the history of the brand from its birth, up to partnerships with famous people from the world of art, design and cinema that have made it one of the most famous Made in Italy brands in the world.
You will then have a fun visit to a delicious cocktail bistro where in the company of an expert bartender you will taste cocktails made using unusual and sometimes daring combinations, designed to precede, accompany or follow in the after dinner one of the various tasting routes proposed in the rich menu, including various and excellent desserts.
day 3
Day off
A day at your disposal to dedicate yourself completely to total relaxation or the activities you prefer, perhaps organising a visit to the incredible Cenacolo Vinciano or walking in the famous “Quadrilatero della Moda” home to supercars, luxury boutiques, historic shops, perfumeries and elegant ateliers to do some shopping or simply to admire the windows that are often themselves real design compositions.
day 4
Between futuristic projects and greedy temptations
Today you will discover the contemporary face of Milan, as well as one of the largest and most ambitious urban redevelopment projects in Europe that has profoundly changed the city skyline with beautiful residential buildings, business centres, squares, parks, cycle paths and pedestrian areas: the Porta Nuova district.
Here you will take a stroll through the tallest, most luxurious and innovative buildings in the Lombardy metropolis, including the huge Gae Aulenti Square, which with its fascinating works of art, fountains, plays of light and incredible skyscrapers, which has been voted one of the most beautiful squares in the world; you will be captivated by the simple and sinuous Porta Nuova Building of the Milanese studio Piuarch and the luxurious Bosco Verticale residential complex designed by Stefano Boeri, just to name a few.
When you start getting hungry, you will be accompanied by an expert gastronomic guide in some of the most beautiful and central areas of the city to discover historical bakeries, luxury confectionery boutiques and modern pastry shops where you can delight your palate with some of the tastiest Milanese desserts.
From the famous Milanese Panettone, to the typical cannoncini filled with custard or zabaglione; from the tasty marron glacé, to pastries and chocolates of various tastes, shapes and colours… it will be the apotheosis of taste!
day 5
Gourmet brunch in the "Fashion Quadrilateral"
Get ready for a very exclusive experience where you will discover one of the favourite culinary events of the local Milanese, in one of the most beautiful, luxurious and iconic hotels of the “Fashion Quadrilateral”: Sunday brunch.
For some years now the all-American custom of brunch (breakfast + lunch) has made its way into the urban rituals of the local Milanese people, who especially on Sunday, in the late morning, indulge in moments of relaxation with their loved ones, with chatter and laughter they enjoy a mix of sweet and savoury dishes.
Once in the hotel you will be welcomed in a luxurious dining room where you will take part in a rich gourmet brunch that the various buffet stations have to offer: eggs, bacon, pancakes, jams, fruit juices, cured meats and fine cheeses, salads but also roasts, fish and hot dishes expertly prepared by the Executive Chef; in addition to delicious desserts, artisan ice cream, pralines and bonbons of all kinds made by the Pastry Chef, the signature cocktails created by skilled bartenders and much more.

Verona, Valpolicella and the fine wines of Veneto
The time has come to leave Milan for Verona and the enchanting Valpolicella, where some of the best red wines in Italy are produced, such as Amarone, Recioto and Ripasso, which have given great prestige and economic importance to this area.
First, you’ll visit the beautiful historic centre of Verona, a jewel of the Italian Renaissance listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
From the imposing medieval castle of Castelvecchio with its beautiful bridge, to the iconic Castel San Pietro; from the lively Piazza delle Erbe overlooked by splendid buildings such as the Palazzo della Ragione and the dizzyingly high Torre dei Lamberti, to the evocative Arena of Verona; passing through the Casa di Giulietta where you will find the most famous balcony of the city and the Basilica of San Zeno Maggiore, a superb testimony of Romanesque architecture in Italy… you will admire the best that the city of Romeo and Juliet has to offer!
You will then take a pleasant trip through the beautiful Veneto countryside, where you will visit the scenic Valpolicella where among rows of vineyards and expanses of olive trees, you can take many beautiful photographs whilst being captivated by one of the most beautiful landscapes of Veneto.
Along the way, if you want, you can stop off for lunch in a typical restaurant in the area to taste local dishes and of course good wine in a really fascinating context.
And to end the day in style, you can also take part in a visit to one of the most renowned wineries in the area, followed by a tasting of a selection of fine red wines from Veneto.
day 7
Medieval Villages, Palladian Villas and Prosecco
A day dedicated to total relaxation, far from the crowds and the confusion of the city, which combines art, history, food, wine, enchanting landscapes and ancient medieval villages at the foot of the green hills before the Dolomites, in the Treviso area.
Here you will discover the enchanting landscape of the hills of Valdobbiadene, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, where surrounded by the splendid vineyards used to produce the famous Prosecco D.O.C., if you want, you will have the opportunity to visit a family-run winery (not included) and then taste the delicious wines of some of the best wineries in the area.
You will visit the beautiful Villa Barbaro in the quiet town of Maser; an estate that is in perfect condition, designed by the famous Renaissance architect Andrea Palladio, where in addition to its green and well-kept gardens, you will take in statues, fountains, a small temple and the beautiful frescoes of Veronese that adorn the large hallways and public rooms of the villa.
Then it will be on to Asolo, one of the most beautiful villages in Veneto, defined by Carducci: the “city of a hundred horizons”, because of the magnificent landscape that surrounds it and its splendid panoramic views.
When you start getting peckish, you can stop off at one of the restaurants of the city for a delicious lunch (not included), before reaching the medieval village of Bassano del Grappa, the land of asparagus, grappa and pottery, to leisurely explore the beautiful historic centre full of squares, monuments, churches, historic buildings, towers and craft shops.
The perfect way to wind up this experience will be a visit to Marostica; a beautiful and well-maintained medieval village known for its imposing castle and for the game of “human chess”.
