day 1

The "Divine Coast"

Welcome to the Amalfi Coast, a balcony suspended between the blue of the sea and the slopes of the Lattari Mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

From this moment on you will walk in unique natural contexts; you will be thrilled by each panoramic view and you will visit some of the most beautiful and characteristic places, each with its own traditions and its own character.

day 2

Suspended on the Gulf of Mermaids: the Path of the Gods

You are in the heart of the Lattari Mountains, at the gates of one of the most beautiful nature trails in the world: the Path of the Gods.

The name itself gives away how extraordinary this route is, which according to legend was used by the Greek gods to save Ulysses from the sirens that inhabited the Island of Li Galli.

You’ll walk along an ancient path surrounded by pristine coastal vegetation; you’ll come across grazing goats and sheep, centuries-old houses built in the rock and breath-taking panoramic views that you won’t be able to resist taking photos of.

Path of the Gods

Walking time: 4 hours (no breaks)
Difficulty level: quite easy but very sunny
Length: approx. 6 km
Starting point: Bomerano (hamlet of Agerola at 638 m. a.s.l.)
Arrival: Nocelle (hamlet of Positano at 440 m. a.s.l.)
Notes: suitable for those who are used to walking and in good health. Not recommended for anyone who has vertigo or for children under 6 years of age

day 3

Trekking in the Valley of the Ironworks and the Flight of the Angel

Get ready to spend a day discovering the Valle delle Ferriere, a charming place that is not that well known!

Inserted by the National Geographic in the list of the most beautiful natural places in the world, the valley is a real oasis of peace in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, where you can walk and be enchanted by the beauty of nature that includes some very rare plant and animal species, by the melodic sound of the waterfalls and waterways and by the charm of the ancient ironworks and paper mills that have given prestige to the Maritime Republic of Amalfi.

You will have a really interesting stop off at one of these paper mills, completely restored and transformed into a Paper Museum, where perfectly functioning machinery and old equipment are kept, used for the handmade production of the famous Amalfi paper.

A worthy way to wind up your trip will be the exciting “Flight of the Angel”, a unique experience where you can admire the landscape of the Amalfi Coast while flying gently towards the sea!

Valley of the Ironworks

Walking time: 3,5 hours
Difficulty level: quite easy
Length: approx. 6 km
Starting point: village of Pontone (hamlet of Scala at 225 m. a.s.l.)
Arrival: Amalfi
Notes: suitable for those who are used to walking and in good health

day 4

Capri by private boat

Once on board, you’ll make your way to the most glamorous island in the Mediterranean Sea: the dazzling beautiful Capri.

After a romantic cruise in the Gulf of Naples, you can admire the island directly from the sea. Cradled by the waves, you will discover places that are only accessible by boat such as coves, bays and the famous caves with their spectacular plays of light and colours.

Swimming in the bright blue Capri sea while snorkelling admire the seabed; venture in to the famous Blue Grotto and pass by boat through the picturesque Faraglioni rock formation, which will certainly leave you with lasting memories of an experience that you will carry in your heart.

day 5

In the green heart of Capri: the Pizzolungo Trail

This day will be dedicated to a walk between the sea and the sky, in the green heart of Capri.

The Pizzolungo Trail is one of the most beautiful and fascinating trails on the island. A place where there are not too many tourists so you can enjoy the scents and sounds of nature and the sea; not to mention taking beautiful photographs of breath-taking panoramic views: from the Natural Arch to the Faraglioni rock formation, to the Belvedere di Tragara and the Sorrento Peninsula.

An exciting experience discovering the wild face of the island; lesser known but definitely the most fascinating.

Pizzolungo Trail

Walking time: 2,5 hours
Difficulty level: easy/medium
Length: approx. 6 km
Starting point: Piazzetta di Capri
Arrival: Belvedere di Tragara
Notes: not recommended for anyone who is scared of heights or for children under 6 years of age

day 6

Goodbye until the next experience

A day at your disposal to dedicate yourself completely to relaxation, when you can stroll through characteristic streets, luxury hotels and precious boutiques; before stopping off at the mythical “Piazzetta” for a good coffee, a limoncello or a tasty slice of Torta Caprese.

To complete this evocative experience between the sea and the sky, you will have the option to say goodbye to Capri with a yoga lesson on its highest point: Monte Solaro, away from the most fashionable and crowded places on the island.

Once you reach the top, an instructor will take you for a very short walk to a place with great energy, where you can open your chakras with yoga and meditation.
