Rome is not only an historic city, Rome is history. The charm of this city can be found in poems praising it, in its suburbs, in its taverns and among its simple and genuine local people. It is a city but also a symbol and a dream.

The tour continues with a visit to the most famous of Michelangelo’s masterpieces and St. Peter’s Basilica, spiritual centre of the Catholic Church. Lunch. A short walk from Piazza di Spagna will take us to Piazza della Rotonda where the Pantheon is located. Our pleasant walk will end in Piazza Navona, the most famous Baroque masterpiece in Rome.
