1st Day: Tour start, Padua

Group arrives in Padua and transfers to hotel. Free time. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

2nd Day: Padua, the Basilica of the Saint

Breakfast at the hotel and guided tour to the Basilica of the Saint, an extraordinary treasure chest of faith and art. The tour includes the visit to the chapels’ frescoes of Altichiero and Giusto de’ Menabuoi, Donatello’s bronze casts, Scuola di Sant’Antonio housing frescoes by young Tiziano and the Baroque scenic designs by sculptor Filippo Parodi. There is the possibility of attending the church service at the end of the visit. Lunch. The group will have a Padua city tour in the afternoon visiting Scrovegni Chapel, the Cathedral, the Baptistery and Mantegna’s masterpieces in the Church of the Eremitani. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

3rd Day: Padua, Treviso

Breakfast at the hotel and depart for a Treviso city tour among the peculiar canals in which the quiet river Sile runs among porticos, antique monuments and wonderful houses embellished with frescoes. Treviso is one of the typical walled cities of the region. Lunch. We will depart for Padua in the afternoon. Free time. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight.

4th Day: Padua, Departure

Breakfast at the hotel, free time and departure.
