1st Day: Tour start, Loreto

Group arrives in Loreto and visits the Basilica della Santa Casa. According to tradition these relics were brought to Italy after the fall of the Crusader states in the Holy Land. The shrine is centuries old and still is one of the most important pilgrimage sites of the Catholic world. The tour comprises a visit of Loreto Basilica and grounds and to the 22 halls of Museo dell’Antico Tesoro della Santa Casa. Accomodation in hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

2nd Day: Loreto, San Benedetto del Tronto, Manoppello

Breakfast at the hotel and attendance at the church services in the morning. Lunch. In the afternoon the tour will depart for Manoppello. We will stop during the transit for a panoramic visit of San Benedetto del Tronto and have free time for a walk by the sea. Arrival in the evening. Accomodation in hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

3rd Day: the Holy Face in Manoppello and the Eucharistic Miracle Church in Lanciano

Breakfast at the hotel and depart for Manoppello, famous for the Holy Face Sanctuary. The church houses  an image on cloth of the face of Christ which was given to the friars in 1639 by Donato Antonio De Fabritiis di Manoppello. The group will depart for Lanciano, a cradle of art thanks to its several monuments such as the Eucharistic Miracle Church. In the VIII century a consecrated holy bread changed into blood and it is held today in a monstrance contemplated by thousands of believers. Lunch during the tour. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

4th Day: Manoppello, Departure

Breakfast at the hotel, free time and departure.
